What will happen to my booking during COVID-19 lockdown?


All of our deposits are transferrable for a year after the original booking date. This way you can use your booking for an alternative celebration or, if it is an annual event, you can utilise it for the year later! We will contact all current booking holders once we are taking bookings again to allow them first access for their desired date. What services do you offer during COVID-19 lockdown?


We are currently offering personalised video messages on a pay-what-you-can-basis, so you can get a little isolation pick-me-up for anywhere between £1 - £15! Alternatively, you can also purchase a voucher for any event package that we offer. The voucher will be 50% of full booking price, the remaining 50% will be paid on booking. Fancy something FREE? When will you be accepting bookings again?


We are unsure at this time as to when we will be taking bookings again. With the government guidelines as they are we are still in a very unstable and unpredictable position with the virus so cannot begin to plan for business as usual. Once social gatherings have been given the all clear we will be prioritising our current bookings that needed to be cancelled due to the pandemic.
